In December 2013, the Austin Children’s Museum moved from its downtown location to a new location in the Mueller neighborhood. I was tasked with creating a new logo around the new name that would signal a new mission, exhibits and location. I created a five armed molecule representing the museum's new focus around S.T.E.A.M education — science, technology, engineering, art and math. I'm proud to say the board voted unanimously to adopt the new logo and name when it was presented to them for approval.
